1. Service Guarantee
We stand behind every installation. If you experience any issues with our work within the first 30 days, we'll make it right at no additional cost.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be available under the following circumstances:
- Service was not completed as agreed
- Installation defects identified within 7 days
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before appointment
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Materials already installed (film products)
- Services more than 30 days past completion
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or third-party repairs
- Normal wear and natural aging of film
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us by phone or email within the applicable timeframe
- Describe the issue or reason for the refund request
- We will review your case within 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed to original payment method
5. Warranty Claims
Film manufacturer warranties are handled directly through the manufacturer. We will help facilitate claims:
- Keep your original receipt for warranty documentation
- Contact us if you suspect a film defect
- We will help file the manufacturer claim
- Warranty coverage varies by film product selected
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- 48+ hours notice: Full refund or free reschedule
- 24-48 hours notice: $50 rescheduling fee or partial refund
- Less than 24 hours: Deposit may not be refundable
- No-show: Appointment forfeited, re-booking required
7. Exchange Policy
If you'd like to upgrade or change your film selection after installation, we can help with adjustments at a prorated cost difference.
