1. Service Agreements

By requesting service from Prestige Glass Tinting, you agree to these terms. All services are provided based on the quotes and estimates provided at the time of booking.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
• Let us know immediately if you need to reschedule
• We reserve the right to cancel appointments with insufficient notice

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issuance.

• Payment due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
• Fleet accounts may request invoicing terms
• Returned payments are subject to a processing fee

4. Service Warranties

We stand behind our installation work:

• Installation defects covered within 30 days at no charge
• Film defects covered by manufacturer warranty (varies by product)
• Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear
• Keep your receipt for warranty claims

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicle is accessible at scheduled time
• Remove personal belongings from vehicle before service
• Inform us of any existing damage to windows or seals
• Follow aftercare instructions for optimal results

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear, or damage beyond our control.

7. Privacy and Data

Information collected during service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
